Where to start.
The guy is my hero!
As a kid I wrote to Richard Williams (the man responsible for the animation in "Roger Rabbit").
I told him about how I painted Roger Rabbit on my wall, & how many times I went to the cinema to go see the film.

To my suprise he actually wrote back! (pictured left)
I was never the same after seeing that film, & to have the guy respond with such positivity completely inspired me to do MY thing.

So as a kid I kept a close eye out for his next BIG film.
I saw documentaries about one that he had been working on, ("The Thief & The Cobbler") couldnt wait to see it finished. Time passed I grew up & it kind of vanished. What happened?
I remember seeing Disney's Alladin & thinking "hey they ripped off Richard Williams".

Years later I looked it up on the net & found out! Gutted! The man had his film taken from him from funders.
Below is a trailer for a new documentary "Persistence Of Vision", it's the story of what happened to Richard Williams's film.

Like the facebook page for the film here. Tell your local film festivals about it.

It didnt rain!!!! I think thats a first for Crepe City. As always a fun long day with more garage tunes than usual which was good! (helped me & my right hand man get through the day) Plenty of beautiful people, & the big hearted organisers actually extended the event from closing from the original time of 6pm till 10pm making sure all those got a chance to come in and have a butchers. Got to give shout outs to my man Ron, Junior, both Julien & Julian, Michael & Sayda & the tables next to me "Pxl clothing" & "Small Feet Big Kicks". Shouts out to those of you who just discovered the Triplezed label & of course the customers!!

I'd never heard the word "Huarache" used so much in one day!
If I was giving out a prize to the best dressed, the dude pictured above would deserve it. Flossing in the sun with a white Jordan 2 piece & matching 3s on his feet. The man is keeping it casual, its Sunday after all.
Above: Got a soft spot for Ewings
Above: buy buy sell sell, hangabout is that the "Mighty Col" in the green hat? If it is, sorry my man didnt get to see you to say hello.
